WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT

In the long and short of it, it's about you...

Slip into a weekend of Leaning In in the woods of Prescott, AZ, where you'll revitalize, restore and rebalance your body and being. Soak up the wisdom of the woods, fantastic meals with a private chef, yoga classes to release and ground, space for reflection and inquiry, practices to lean into the energy of the moon, private sessions with our leaders and special guest nutritionist, and the chance to connect with amazing people from all over.

That's what we'll do, but what you'll get goes so much deeper. We live in wild times, where the world seems to be falling apart on one end, there is a deep awakening happening on the other. Lean In to this awakening on an individual and collective level with tools to help process and bring your mind-body-soul into alignment. The tools you'll gain over our few days together will go with you into your life once we say, see you later!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Sitting by Campfire

Ease into the weekend with an opening circle and meditation practice to ground and set the tone for the weekend. After, we'll enjoy a delicious and nutritious family-style dinner and fun paint and sip (tea, of course). The rest of the evening is yours to journal, meditate, soak up the stars or sip more tea.

DAY 1

Cobra Pose

Our second day together is all about releasing pent-up energy and stress with morning sessions such as an optional dynamic yoga practice. We release and let go to make room for new things to come into our lives - things that inspire, energize and help us grow. We'll work on letting the new in with evening sessions such as an optional workshop focused on channeling your higher self.

DAY 2

Meditation

After burning off our pent-up energy and stress, we get to come into Day 3 ready to dive deeper into our Selves. We'll explore inner work such as nutrition and manifestation, and we'll build on the meditation and breathwork we'll practice throughout the weekend. This night is capped off with a special New Moon ritual.

DAY 3

Reverse Prayer Pose

After our bright and balanced breakfast, we'll share in one last session: a closing yoga and meditation practice together. We'll seal it all with a closing circle before heading out saying see you later.

NATALIE PALOMAREZ

Natalie was born very open to the subtle spirit realms. As she grew Natalie became unsure how she was going to fit in this world. Natalie's hypersensitivity to those in spirit, in human form, along with a lack in support from the medical industry, illness began festering in her body. Over the years her abilities to explore the spiritual realms got quieted down because of the dense human experience and traumas she underwent. 

 

On her journey to understand the medical, mental, emotional and spiritual worlds, Natalie discovered she is a Clear Conduit Medium. Today, Natalie uses her Psychology degree, background in Reiki, Hypnosis and Life coaching to guide others in their spiritual awakening.

CHLOE
DUNAGAN

Chloe began to seriously study health & movement from an early age, seeing how the mind, body and soul intertwine on a profound level. In the 15 years she has practiced yoga, she's found the philosophy and tools of the ancient tradition to have changed her life multiple times — both emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Chloe has come to understand that the world we live in isn't as black and white as we've come to define it, and the myriad solutions, medications, diets and trends are merely band-aids that ignore the true root causes of our misalignment and dis-ease.

The tools of yoga — asana, meditation, breathwork — are tools that lead us back to alignment and truth. We may not be able to instantly change the world, but we can transform our perspective, and through the process, the world around us.
